In a shocking video posted to video networks, a mass of cloud is purported to have come down to highway road in United States.

Some viewers claimed that the mass seemingly to be cloud is just soap suds flied through wind.

On the other hand, it is scientifically impossible for a cloud mass to fall down to a low altitude and still be in full integrity.
